Who we are

Offshore Dashboard is a service for offshore workers to track their work history and earnings. Contact us at support@offshoredashboard.com.

What data we collect

Your email address
Work history data (job dates, worksites, vessel names, project names, earnings figures, saturation dive records)
Basic usage data (when you last opened the app, open count)

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We collect this data solely to provide the Offshore Dashboard service. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is contractual necessity.

How it's stored

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) in the EU (europe-west1). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card details or sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and enable offline use. Firebase Authentication uses cookies for session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Admin access for support

We may access your account data to provide technical support, only when you have contacted us with a problem. Data accessed for support is not retained or used for any other purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Use Delete Account in Settings, or contact support@offshoredashboard.com. You may also contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Data retention

Your data is retained until you delete your account and removed within 30 days of deletion.

We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
